"what I'm weaker than you, and why I can not perform your job?"

I often imagine the situation when my future subordinates asked me - "what I'm weaker than you, and why I can not perform your job?".

I understand that I have to know the best answer to this question. And now it seems to me that the fundamental difference between my position and that the subordinates of my business is that - I should be able to step into the "abyss", and above all - do not fall. I have to show the way to go.

And yet, very important point.
I will not have to remember my words today, but would have to feel the need to say these words, not any other.

I really envy people who have implemented their ideas.

I really envy people who were able to show other people that own idea may be useful.

Perhaps my reasoning must begin with the question "what in the world is necessary, but not realized until now?" But I cannot find the answer to this question in this crowded world implementations.

Some successful people realized other people's ideas, passing them off as their own.
Some people have chosen the small ideas, but their success was caused by massive use of these ideas.
I think the most of people have not managed to realize their own ideas, leaving them unfulfilled.

So, I'm interested in is the quality, the lack of which makes some people to realize their own ideas. On the other hand, the presence of this quality allows other people to realize other people's ideas.

But from the beginning, I need to find the answer to the question - "if I want to implement any (foreign) ideas, or I want to implement my own ideas?".
I think that I am an ambitious person, and I want to implement it was my idea, and not someone else.

In most cases, those who generated the idea, do not have success in its implementation.
I want to say that if I have an idea, then most likely, or this idea is not interesting to others, or I can not prove to those around its necessaries.

Another interesting feature.
I read about many people who have achieved success. (I think that even to write about successful people, by itself, can be a successful idea, because reading about success - like people. People like to think that they too will be successful if they guess the reason for the success of other people). So, I read about many successful people. But I never had the opportunity to talk with these people. I have not had the opportunity to ask them - "what is the quality that enabled you to succeed?".

It is possible that the "success" - a social status, where people from a certain range, distinguish you from other people.

If I myself realized that to succeed in implementing their ideas, follow these steps:

1. Find your idea. It should be simple and useful.
2. Determine the number of people to whom this idea may be useful.
3. Explain to these people, what exactly is your idea may be useful to them?
4. Answer all questions that will ask these people.

I've read everything written here.
And I had the feeling that I was reading this text already thousands of times.
Obviously, I think just like the rest, trying to succeed in realizing their ideas.
